Nebula Takes Home Two Wins at the 2026 Comms Council UK Awards
A double celebration for Nebula and our partner community as CallSwitch One is recognised on one of the UK channel's biggest stages.
We're delighted to share that Nebula picked up not one but two awards at the 2026 Comms Council UK Awards, held at Kitty Hawk in London on 16th July. At the 18th annual ceremony, sponsored by Magrathea, Nebula was named:
- Best Communications Provider - Mid Market
- Best Innovation - for CallSwitch One
The CCUK Awards recognise excellence across the UK's unified communications and VoIP industry, with winners selected by an independent judging panel. To come away with two wins in a single evening, against a shortlist featuring some of the biggest names in the sector, is a moment of real pride for everyone at Nebula.
Best Communications Provider - Mid Market
This award recognises the provider delivering the strongest all-round proposition to mid-market businesses, and for us, it's a direct reflection of the channel-only model we've built our business on. Everything we do at Nebula is delivered through our network of 700+ reseller and MSP partners, and this win belongs to them as much as it does to us.

Best Innovation - CallSwitch One
CallSwitch One took the Best Innovation title, recognising the platform's cloud-native, 100% proprietary architecture and the pace at which we continue to develop it. Because we own every line of code, we can innovate on our own roadmap, shaped directly by partner and end-user feedback rather than third-party release cycles.
It's especially pleasing to see CallSwitch One recognised in a category that this year attracted strong competition from across the industry, including AI-led propositions. Innovation isn't a feature for us, it's how the platform was built from day one.
