How long do Number Transfers take?

Whilst we can’t guarantee exactly how long a Number transfer will take due to the chance of rejections or waiting for POV’s, we can give a rough estimate.

Mobile Transfers typically take around 3 working days, as these just need PAC codes to verify them.

Landline Transfers typically take around 10 working days due to the fact that they need to be verified by the records of the LCP (losing communications provider), and the Range Holder. 

Please be aware, if your Port is an IPEX port, there are no SLA's, meaning these may take longer than a standard number transfer.
