Go to the Cloud Storage page in your dashboard and press "Connect", under the Dropbox card.
Account > Cloud Storage > Dropbox
Enter your log in credentials for your Dropbox account.
Press the ‘Continue’ button to give permission to Dropbox to connect with CallSwitch One.
Allow CallSwitch One to store call recordings in its own file within your Dropbox account.
Before call recordings will automatically upload to Dropbox, you will need to turn the integration on.
You can do this in the Cloud Storage page by pressing ‘On’ under ‘Use for Call Recording Storage’.
