How can I integrate my call recordings with Google Drive?

Step 1: Go to Cloud Storage

Go to the Cloud Storage page in your dashboard and press the "Connect" button under the Google Drive card. 

Account > Cloud Storage > Google Drive

 

Step 2: Sign in to your Google Drive

 Enter your log in credentials for your Google account.

 

Step 3: Allow Access

Press the ‘Allow’ button to give permission to Google Drive to connect with CallSwitch One.

 

Step 4: Turn on Storage

Before call recordings will automatically upload to Google Drive, you will need to turn the integration on.

You can do this in the Cloud Storage page by pressing ‘On’ under ‘Use for Call Recording Storage’.
